He's Mad, He's Genial,Oh He's Feynman!

Feynman was "half-genius, half-buffoon", but later revised this to "all-genius, all-buffoon".
-Freeman Dyson (yet another ingenial mathematician and physicist)

He drenched his hands with benzene and ignited them-
To entertain the kids around- “Magic Show” he said!
An expert safe cracker with an uncanny knack-
Cracked near impossible safes- at his whim;
Friends and otherwise- unfathomably bewildered-
Is there a thing that does not fascinate him?
And oh, he dabbles well with the bongo drums,
Beating one crazy rhythm, akin to that of his life.
He wondered at the ants’ sojourns(!),with as much interest
As he showed in analyzing a twirlig wobble-plate,
As he showed in Quantum Electro-dynamics!
His wackiness , madness- amazingly infectious,
If it diffuses through “just” his writings-
What to speak of the person himself!
His child like glee at the world’s working
A never-will-be satiated appetite for knowledge and trivia alike
Mad, eccentric,dynamic,wonderfully crazy,ingenial,mercurial-
All in one mind blowing package- Presenting Richard Feynman-
Bows!

Well well, am bamboozled, totally, right, left and centre by this one man, a Nobel Laurete- richard P Feynman. I am currently reading his book “Surely,You’re joking, Mr Feynman” and I must say, it’s definitely one of the best packaged books I have ever read. Utterly hilarious, but it has got its sensitive parts, charming the reader in its own very alluring ways.
Bows, to the book too!:)

I tried the Ant experiment...but the non-genius that I am, I got a severe scolding for letting an army of ants in the house...
Now ..new experiments only I suffer from a genius attack...like Feynman's ghost maybe!
