Ships are safer in the harbor; but, they are not meant for the same.

The Reliance Empire would have been a non entity today, had Dhirubai Ambani stuck to his roots. The BPO trail blazer, Infosys sky rocketed to rule the software world when Mr Narayana Murthy broke his shackles, slaughtered the regimented frame of mind to lead, innovate and hence, follow his vision. Not in the wildest of dreams would people have thought that HughHefner, (Oh yes, The one who brought Playboy!) was brought up in an utterly conservative milieu. And the mind blowing transition is of an unthinkable magnitude. Had Hugh stuck to his confines?
Well, these are just tiny glimpses, fleeting peeps into people’s lives- their dynamic perspectives and the paradigm shifts, and above all and of course, the most conspicuous of them – the resolve and the fortitude to take the risk, to confront and yes, to overcome and emerge unscathed. Oh yes, oh yes, life CAN be definitely “nice” without the clichéd hurdles or the risks. But “nice” is not all what we wish for! Each one of us in this world has a dream, big or small or giga or miniscule. And during the journey of accomplishing them , clinching them are the figurative storms. These storms are in actual, the much vaunted exposure immaterial of its nature or extent one will have to face and brave to grow and flourish in this world. A fisherman has to brave the sea, A Roger Federer cant (wont) rest on his past glories to beat a Nadal- he has to be in swell form, all the time. The implausibly volatile sensex does not fetch profit for the meek player, NEVER! The one who takes astute and yes, calculative risks emerges the clear winner. Of course, “calculative” is the operative word.
In this world where life is whizzing past in a near rampaging pace, one has to explore, fight the circumstance, brace oneself to brave the odds, innovate and thus, thrive and soar high amidst the eagles.
“Think out of the box” is no more a cliché, because, the box does not exist today.(someone’s line) This sums up the world today!

PS: well, this was a class exerxcise (xat essay practice(so they said!))!! Was totally glad that I could muster some crap in the given twenty minutes today. For a person who hasn’t written for nearly seven months, its one relief!
